Wheeled power from IPP’s and Traders towards the Umgunglovu District
By selecting RTB build sites with our partners Inovasure and signing off collaboration agreements with IPPs and EPCs, we are at the forefront of creating a bankable way to bring clean energy and decarbonisation to municipalities and districts in South Africa. Inovasure has been advocating for this since 2012 and has been sticking to the wheeling model ever since. We are at the final stages of finalising the PPAs, which have been worked on with Gary Rademyer and Max Lourens for the last few years. Where we will “wheel” our energy supply to the districts of South Africa.
Supported by the Ministry, NECOM, SALGA, Eskom, and various stakeholders across the country, we are confident that we are on the right track to finally bring energy to the nation.
